oh no! when was the last time i updated? hmmm...

Last fri we went to True Fitness was supposed to get a 2 weeks trial pass. then end up they do the body analysis for me using another more advanced tanita machine, because i have the tanita machine at home, so basically i know my own body quite well. then they tour us around the gym, seeing the workout area, the classes and basically the facilities. Then we sign up as member! Can you believe it? I SIGN UP AS MEMBER? to WORKOUT in the GYM? haha! unbelievable! tues was my 1st time there, had a free complimentary lesson with a personal trainer. I choose kick boxing because i have always wanted to learn that for dont know how long... and it was really FUN! i really love kick boxing esp the kicking of the leg. It makes you feel so good! Like you can vent out the frustration in your body while you kick hard. BUT then, if i had to sign up a personal trainer for myself, it would be additional money on top of the monthly fees i paid. And of course i never get myself a personal trainer, no BUDGET! sigh! if i had the money, i would sign up a 4 session = 1 month with personal trainer, then i would be tone up like a sexy girl! HAHA! so our workout schedule will be on tues, thurs and sat! lets keep it up! we can do it! then ytd we attend this step aerobics class, at first still can follow abit, then after 20mins we cant catch up with the movements because its our 1st time there. then the teacher also nv like teach the newbies how to really do it. so we felt abit irritated and amused, because some of the obese ladies can really do it so well, like she's in her own dancing world. its really funny when i see them. we left the class 30mins later, it was supposed to last for 1 hour. then we went to use the machines for toning of legs and abs and arms. Then i saw the kick boxing trainer, i ask him can i play for 5mins anot. at first he say cannot because his boss there, then after that he say ok. then i kick like 40times and he teach me another kicking method. haha! and it lasted about 10mins! Feels so good after kicking! =P

seriously, i think people are always lazy to exercise. only when you have paid for the fees right, then you have no choice but to go exercise often. but then its good to Keep Fit as well! (=

Just now met up with Ian to have lunch at the Thai Kung Fu. His birdday today! hehe.. we bought a small cake from TCC but the fan too strong in the shop, so can't light the candle. Just a photo of him with the cake! the food there quite nice! =) tonight going vivo to watch Love Happens with sam and the rest, then go her hse stay over, and then tmr noon go gym! woohoo! GO GO GO! =DD
